What do I need to do to restart this 1993 Mitsubishi Eclipse? It has been sitting in the drive for 18 month. What can go bad after sitting that long.

Check all of the fluid levels, first, before attempting to start it. I wouldn't be surprised if you have to charge or replace the battery. Once it starts, keep an eye on the fluid levels as the engine warms. After you've driven a few miles and have reached normal operating temperature, change the oil and filter regardless of how the oil 'looks'.
With winter approaching, check the coolant/anti-freeze protection. Again, you may want to change that out, also, with fresh anti-freeze (50/50 mix).

im assuming it ran before and you just stored it in your driveway for a year and 1/2?

if thats the case.

fuel is more then likely gone bad-> drain the tank and fill with fresh gas.
battery might be week if not dead
change oil and filter
make sure nothing built any nests or chewed any wires in the engine bay.

once those are taken care of, it will still probably struggle to start since either the fuel lines are full of air or there is bad fuel still in them.
