Door will not open

2002 Saturn Vue 4 cyl. 70,000
Rt. rear door will not open. Mechanism slipped a couple of times and jammed, but opened. Now the door will not open at all. How do I open the door?

im assuming it doesnt open from the inside either???
if not your going to have to remove the door panel and try to move the linkage to get the lock to pop by hand.
removing the door panel with the door closed is probably going to be a real PIA since the rear seat will probably be in the way of reaching some of the hardware.
im a big guy so usually when im working inside the car i find it easier to take the extra 20 min to remove the seats, my neck,back, and hands thank me every time.
