Damaged the car but don't know what's wrong

Was in a mall and going up a bump a little fast came back down and either the front hit the ground or caused alot of force. Now i'm getting a bit of jerking when I accelerate, it just sounds a little different. What's the issue? Is it severe?

You'll have to look and see what got bent or broken. Exhaust, motor mounts - who knows - this is collision type damage,
