The cruise control won't turn on when the ambient temp is below 65F. I, first, replaced both the steering wheel mounted switches. The BOO switch tested good. No DTCs. After driving for about 10 mins, then shut-down, wait for under hood temp to increase, cruise will work the rest of the day. However, if I leave in the am and drive 30 miles in cold weather, it still won't turn on until after shut down for a few minutes. Any ideas? PCM controlled. Driving me nuts!
