Coolant is leaking out of the black solid (not flexible) tube along the bottom of the picture, on top of the radiator. I called a mechanic here and he said it might be sealable with glue. And advice? http://imgur.com/XGy5SQ9 http://imgur.com/NmjQVZ1 http://imgur.com/CLF9rjM

You shouldn't glue it. It won't hold. That tube is near the exhaust manifold and over time the heat, contraction, and expansion causes the plastic to become brittle and crack. You can get it aftermarket around $20. Since we volunteer our time and knowledge, we ask for you to please follow up when a problem is resolved.

Is there a name for the part? Not sure what to look for.
