Clutch just done on Mondeo now hard to get in second gear

Just had new clutch fitted now its touch and go if it will go into second gear when pressing in clutch pedal, its a 2003 2ltr tdi mondeo just wondered if i need to take it back? or its another problem i.e the Gearbox?....never had a problem with gear change before it went in.
