Climate Controlled Car Storage

Does anybody out there use Climate Controlled car storage? If so, how much do they charge, and what has been your experience with it?
Any feedback would be appreciated.

Use fuel stabiliser and if for more than a few months get the wheels off the ground at they can get flat spots. If for real long storage get the fuel out and heated is nice but I think DRY storage is more important. T
