Hello,

I've got a 97' chrysler intrepid with ratings 225/60-r16, and someone in my condo i live at is selling winter tires with rating 175/65-r16. Was wondering if its possible (or safe)
to switch over to those winter tires if i get them placed on my rims.

No, not even close. Make sure you have his size right. It doesn't seem right.

sorry, i meant 175/65-r14

i presume that the rim size is too small, but just double checking.
