The print out they gave me didn't even list hyundai. Any ideas what those could be? Double J Veteran / Moderator Mar 4, 2009, 12:13 PM Post #4 of 5 (2021 views) Re: Check engine Light trouble Sign In P0304 is a misfire detected on number 4 cylinder P0421 is a oxygen sensor code (Rear sensor) Find and correct the engine misfire code first.(A must) May take care of the 02 sensor code. Possible causes of the second code are a faulty 02 sensor (Rear),faulty catalytic converter ,Engine control module(ECM),exhaust leaks,Engine misfires......Get the idea... sjacket01 Anonymous Poster sjacket01@yahoo.com Mar 25, 2009, 4:19 AM Post #5 of 5 (1989 views) Re: Check engine Light trouble Sign In Replaced spark plugs and 304 error was fixed. Replaced catalytic converter and it fixed the problem I was having but check engine lght came on again with same 421 code.
