Ello I have a 1990 toyoya camry. Now, knowing that this is the car I own it will also tell you of my financial situation. ... My car has some pretty bad rust- I really don't have much money or time, but could some one suggest how to make it look halfways decent - I am not looking to make it perfect. I have rusted out wheel wells I was thinking bondo and spray paint? I am not going to be riveting any sheet metal to my car- I do not feel like attempting to mold the metal to look like my car- So what are my cheapest options that will last at least one winter? Any sugestions would be appretiated!

If you are on the home stretch with the car and just want it ok for another Winter AND this rust is not causing any structural, safety issues you can peruse the kits at the chain parts stores with assorted tapes, bondo (a fiberglass spackle like product) and fill the holes. There are metal tapes that are pretty strong vs duct tape for support of the bondo or alone. When appearance is of minimal concern just shape that patch as best you can and using flat black paint or primer hides the butchery
Sad - I 've had several good cars with only body rust problems to the point of getting the trunk soaked and so forth.
Real hackery can be done with the expandable spray foam insulation and cut off the bulges when hardened with a knife and paint right over it for some respect.
Rust you see is indicative of possible rust you don't see that may be a safety issue. Do know the difference and when it's time to throw in the towel,
