Changing air filter

Hi all, hope i have posted in right place and sorry if I have not.
I have a problem in that I want to change a air filter on a Astra bertone 2.2 coupe, Im going from a standard to a sports version. What would be nice is to find instructions some where on the net with pictures but I can work from text only if I have to, so any links would be great or a description. i dont want to get this wrong as that can apparently have a negative effect.
If any one can help cheers.
