Are aftermarket cat converters sufficient(vs OEM)? The one for my vehicle is pretty expensive from the factory. Thanks

The aftermarket are not as good as original equipment. They will work and may get you through inspections, but they do not last as long as original. Dand has a sayint that converters do not die, they are murdered. Meaning there is something in the way the engine is running that causes the demise of the converter.
Being way2old is why I need help from younger minds
