Caravan Door panel removal

I trying to remove the interior passenger door panel to replace the power window regulator, but something is holding it on, around the inside door handle, that I can't see. Does anyone know how to remove this? The handle has a plastic face plate around it, but I can't pop it off.

Try sliding it forward or back, i know on my door it gets pushed into place
