My car wont start but the battery is good....I can't even jump the car.....When i turn the key all i head is tap

Clean the battery terminals with a wire brush. If that doesn't help then you need to check the starting system. Starter, solenoid, cables, etc....
I'm assuming you had the battery load tested. That is the only way to determine if the batt has enough power to turn over the starter ( the highest drawing device on the car)
