Car will not start (98) Sentra

My Sentra has a problem starting in the winter time; not when it's cold, but when it starts to warm up. It will turn over for a second or two and then stop. After that, I tried to start it and it would not start. It does this every year about this time, even when the sparkplugs are new.
I then change the plugs, because they are soaked in gas, then it starts after a couple of attempst.
What could be causing this??

You could have a weak battery , I would have it checked out and the post clamps check the connections. If you have a votage meter , you could get a reading off the battery that would help a lot, then go from there
