Car sitting for 3 years

I have a 88 mazda rx7 that needs the engine rebuilt.It has been parked for 3 years now.I'm trying to find out if there will be any other problems now that it has been parked for so long? It drove fine until engine went bad.

Fuel and battery are now junk at a minimum. A host of things around the car may crop up depending on how well it was stored 3 years ago. Watch out for brakes when you do get it going!
