Car making griding noise at 30-50km/h

Hey everyone.
I have a '97 Chevy Lumina with 250'000km on it.
For the last couple months my car has been making this grinding noise while driving comming from the left front side of the car. The noise is the loudest and most noticeable at 30-50km/h.
I've replaced the Wheel Bearing on it, rotors and brakes but the problem persists.
I took the wheel off as well as the brake caliper to see if anything was rubbing or touching. The Brake Cage was rubbing against the rotor and leaving scrapes along it. I grinded down the Brake Cage where it was rubbing so there is plenty of room, but I still get the grinding sound.
It doesn't grind while going around corners so much, but more-so while driving straight.
What could be making this sound?
I want to fix this car up, paint it and then sell it and buy a car thats cheaper on gas in time for the summer but the way this is going i won't be able to.

There could be a problem with the caliper and pins that hold it in place. It shouldn't rock around too much by hand and there should be pins and rubber bushings that could be all worn out. Are they ok?

Today when I removed the wheel and the Caliper. After I put the Caliper back on there was some movement after I screwed the bolts back in tight. I think this may have been because I used a C-Clamp to decompress the brake slides so I could get it back on the rotor easier, so there was some play. Does it moves when the brakes are squeezing the rotor? I don't know.
The pins are in good condition as well as the rubber bushings.
I noticed today while driving again, it doesn't really matter what speed I'm driving at, but typically around 40-65km/h is when it's the most noticeable.
At higher speeds you can't hear it as much.

Just to add
You replaced the one side wheel bearing assy.
But very possibly could have a worn bearing on the other side.
The noise will seem to "travel" and sound like its on one side when its on the other.
If you turn the wheel slightly to one side or the other,does the noise go away?
If so ,look into the other bearing.
Used to be an old saying (joke),get 5 mechanics to agree on what side the bearing is bad on and replace the other side instead...LOL
