Car looses spark

I have an 88 caviler 2.0 It will run and then die. It looses spark. I have changed fuel pump, map sensor, fuel filter and put a used coil pack on from an 88 corsica. The frist time it did before all the changes it started and died and would not restart, this is when I change the coil pack ran good for about a week and start doing the above. Can't even throtle up an acts like its missing. Could I still have a bad ingintion mod or maybe something else that I am over looking?
