When Im driving, sometimes the car will loose power. All the lights will do dim (dashboard, head lights) and the car will have no go power. If you are stopped and you press on the gas to go, it takes a while to get moving. Sometimes the car does not want to shift either. Usually after 5-10 minutes if I just keep driving, all the power will come back. I took it in to the repair shop and they didn't see anything wrong and don't know what to do. I have a 95 Saturn.

Guess: There could be a problem with the engine grounding to the body which is usually a bare strap but you could add one in the right spots if you can't find a broken one or corroded one. Just an idea,
