Hello, I have a 2008 accent hatchback, 119,000 km. When I am driving along at low speed, 40 km/hr, the car hesitates and jerks. If I speed up to 50 or above it does not do this and is smooth driving. The check engine light does not come on and it's only at 40 km/hr. I did hook a scanner up just to check if a code comes up however nothing does. The spark plugs have been changed. Any idea what it would be? Year of vehicle - 2008 Make of vehicle (Ford/ Chevrolet) - Hyundai Model of vehicle ( Taurus/ Cavalier) - Accent 3dr Hatchback Engine size (2.0/ 5.7) - Not sure, small? Mileage/Kilometers - 119000 km Link from Hyundai forum removed

If the check engine light is coming on, then there will be a code stored. You may need to use a better scan tool. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ We offer help in answering questions, clarifying things or giving advice but we are not a substitute for an on-site inspection by a professional.

The check engine light does not come on. I had a garage do a scan anyways and nothing shows up. Not sure how I can get a better scanner then what the garage uses.
