97 Chev Lumina LS over 100,000. Volt light went on, steering wheel turns VERY hard, breaks work only when in neutral. Car runs fine with radio etc.

your going to need to be a little more detailed.
the volt light and the hard steering make me think the serpentine belt fell off the pulleys thus not spinning the alternator giving you the volt light and not spinning the power steering pump so you have only manual steering.
the brakes seem like the power booster is not getting vacuum
