I did not start it for last 6 months. It does not start. I tried jumping, but only get brief rotation sound. Do I need to do anything with Fuel??? Kitty get your tongue? Ok: Sitting six months is enough to drain a battery down - that's not unusual by itself. If it was an older battery or was discharged for a long time or freezing temps the battery is problably junk and a jump alone may not be enough or struggle against an almost dead short battery. If you have real good jumper cable try again without the old battery still attached. Takes strong cables or two sets but that effectively bypasses the sitting car's battery. You said it attemped to turn but what exactly do you mean? Did the engine "crank" or some other sound? Odds are battery needs replacing but try to charge it with a charger if you can. Clean up cable connections at all ends - six in all, four on pos cable as it's interupted by a separate solonoid enroute to starter.
