2012 Ford Focus 2.0 and 101,000. km - problem when idling and it wants to quit with this shake like the engine is turning off, but I turn it off and turn on again after a few minutes and it runs ok again. So what is happening.

It sounds like you may have an intermittent misfire. Have computer scanned to see if there are any stored codes to give you some guidance.
