Car Alarm Sign In

I locked the doors when I got out and when I unlocked them by key the alarm went off. I do not have a keyless entry remote. would like to know how to get it to cut off or disconnect the alarm system.

Re: Car Alarm Sign In

Just watching this thread with no real answers. Many alarms will disarm or shut off when you use the "unlock" button of the car or the remote which becomes critical with some systems. Right keys and "unlock" with the car's switch might - MIGHT reset it,

Re: Car Alarm Sign In

Im sorry I dont understand "the cars switch" I did unlock the car with the key instead of the keyless remote, somebody told me this might reset it, but it didnt. I also dont have a manual to help me find out where everything is. Does it sound like the electrical system is bad? what do you think. Also the passenger windows all of a suddent stopped working, they can roll it down (electrically) but I have to roll it up on the drivers side master control. I checked the child safety stuff

Re: Car Alarm Sign In

You should start your own thread with your own exact car. What I meant is some cars will respond once you are in to using the unlock/lock switch in the car instead of the remote. They aren't all the same with alarms.

The window could be a problem with the switch on the door that doesn't work if it will work from the master control or the master control itself has the trouble. You need to chase those things down to find where the power stops. Master will override other windows in most cars.

Again - best to make your own thread with the specifics to you and your car....
