Cadillac has no heat Sign In

I own a 1989 Cadillac Coupe De Ville.
I have had no heat for 2 years.
I replaced the heater core, flushed the rad. replaced the rad cap.
I also replaced the thermostat and the coolant is strong.
We have 130 degrees from the heat when it sits in a warm shop.
When we let the car idol outside in the cold, it slowly goes down to 120, 110,100, etc...
as the car sits outside it eventually turns to blow cold air.
Please help. What can I do for heat?
I am freezing.

Have you tried to rev up the car to see if temperature increases? If it does, it could be the water pump is not circulating enough coolant to produce the heat you need.

Being way2old is why I need help from younger minds

I will try that but it seemed the flow was very good when we tested the car last time.
