Cabin Lights Malfunctioning

Cabin Lights Malfunctioning Sign In

Okay so I am going to post this again as recommended problem by problem. New to forums and I laundry listed last time so here goes.

93' Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited
v8 5.2 liter engine(Realize I had this incorrect last post)
about 170000 miles on it.

Issue I have right now are the cabin lights. They no longer function when I open the doors, nor will they turn on when I am in the cabin. They worked once when I had to slam on the brakes to avoid hitting some deer, but even then it was only for a split second and the instance has not repeated when I did some repeat tests on a clear back road.

Apologies for blundering the last post, I hope this is enough info for any readers to work with.

Have you tested all the fuses using a test light?
Do you have enough electrical knowledge to follow a wiring diagram and test the circuit we gave you one?

I have a little bit of knowledge on reading wiring diagrams, if I have trouble I do have a friend just over the state line I can call who's an electrician. I have not tested the circuit.

Test all the fuses before you do anything.

He's going to have to save it to his drive and enlarge it. The image hosting site limits the size.
