CA catalytic question

Looking for advice on repairing exhaust and finding a Cat. I drive a 2003 dakota 4x4. Having the engine rebuilt currently and then planning on replacing Cat.
Cannot find anywhere in CA that sells Cats. Motor had blown head gasket and was dumping coolant through system. Pretty sure the Cat is shot. Cant even find anywhere that will ship Cats to CA.

You probably won't.... Not with the new CARB regulations that started in Jan....
Most aftermarket cats won't conform...
Best thing to do is get it running & see what ya got...
Cross that bridge when you get to it.....
