I recently got into an accident in my 2002 oldsmobile alero an part of my rear bumper was ripped. instead of paying the enormous dealership charges i was wondering if it would be possible to purchase a used bumper off ebay (which i have already checked out) and then attach it to my car. is this possible? if so please help.- thanks [/email]

how so? is there a place to buy the bolts to attach it to my car that you would recommend?

I would use the bolts from the old bumper.

well the only problem with that is that i lost 2 out of the 5 in the collision. is there anything else that would need to be connected besides the bolts?

Should not be anything else to hook up. Unless the license plate is in the bumper. If it is that the license plate lites will need to be installed. The bolts shouldn't be anything real special. Can be had at any local parts store. Take an original with you to match.
