Back windows don't work

I drive a 1993 Chrysler concord. The back 2 windows don't work. I'm not sure why but I'm pretty sure my grandpa disconnected the wires to the window so they don't work anymore. Any ideas what to do?

Go ask you Grandpa to have it fixed. You already stated in one of your other 3 threads that you destroyed the door panel trying to take it off.
