Back hatch Chevy Astro

The window hatch came down and shut, while the cargo doors were swung open. The hatch release button has been working off and on and right now it's off. Is there a manual override to fix this problem? Any ideas?

If the switch is easily popped out, remove it and use a jumper wire to see if you can pop open the window. If you can, the switch is definately bad. If not, the problem lies elsewhere.
