Okay Heres what happened I was driving along and cut a tire the leak was slow enough to get it home, no big dea.. I changed the tire got in to head off now its like the breaks are locked up poping and grinding WHAT HAPPENED ANYONE KNOW???

if its the small donut it could be too small for the car if not check the size of the tire to the door post size and see if there is a difference also take the tire off and check the inside of the rim to see where abouts it is hitting and check the rotor and caliper for damages you should see shiny areas where they are hitting or rubbing

What was the original cause for the cut in the tire? Most space saver "donut" spares will behave but are for temporary use. Just changing a wheel can cause a shift in debris/rust/corrosion between rotor and hub which throws the trueness out of whack and the brakes would like a true rotor or anti-rattle clips, caliper pins and contact areas may not cope with that.

Spin the wheel and look for trueness. Take the rotor off and inspect the brake parts too for wear, cracks in pad lining etc. That may show the problem. If one side is close to worn out it may be time for a good brake job on BOTH sides,
