BM steering wheel

Hi:
I have a 520I BMW 2004 the problem is that the steering wheel is some kind hard to spin the DTC for the active steering is :
6134 motor actuating unit :fault current
6140 redundancy comparison ,driver steering angel ,top
6145 no monitoring of angel sum relation
Can any one explain with details what these faults mean
And what should I do.
the shop owner that I repair in haven’t experience with Germans cars .
and every one know what the BMW service center cost for repair.
