Does anyone know where I can purchase an auto repair manual for 1999 Toyota Avalon other than a Toyota dealership? I contacted the company that makes the Chilton Auto Repair Manuals, and they do not offer one. Need help! A basic manual should be sold by "Haynes" for about $12 at many chain parts stores but don't expect a lot out of for that price. They may sell better ones at this site - worth a look. The real good manuals can cost hundreds!! Folks have complained about the Chilton's stuff. Mitchells and Motor are others. No harm in surfing or just hit back here - a member who goes by DanD has posted pages of diagrams and is magical at that.
