Airco stops when in traffic jam

I have a 5 year old SUV based on a pickup truck. Lately the airco start having problems. Once I am stuck for about 20 minutes in the traffic it stops blowing cool air and only normal air comes out.
I went to the garage several times and they changed all kind of things. As far as I know The condensor and the fan has been replaced. Also they changed all the rubber rings. I think they didn't replace the compressor yet but I am not sure.
Any suggestion what the problem can be?

A/C is the acronym. It's a whole system and area of vehicle work on it's own never mind the vehicle in general.
If some cobbled up vehicle you plain need someone who can figure it out on the basics of operation of an A/C system,
