Hi, Im looking at buying my first car, but im not 100% sure on what cars are good and reliable and what cars are not!
I dont want a car thats mega expensive but i do want something that would last me a while! :)
Anyone got any good suggestions on a good model?

I hate to say it, but the forein cars are winning the race

In my opion Toyota and Honda, in the last 18 years I've seen alot with 200-400,000 miles on them but these cars were really taken care of.

I agree, the Japanese build em to last. Toyota, Hyundai, Mitsubishi. Plus most are 4 cylinder so its easy on the pocket at the gas pump.

Steer away from KIA though, I have seen nothing but problems with these things, and Ford Focus
