ABS/Break lights on

Yes my break lights/ABS lights are on at the same time. I have to floor the break to get it to stop... The car had been sitting for a long time, i had to replace the front left studs. I noticed ''wear'' in the break line, cloth is sticking out and a rip is clearly visible. I think the break fluid is leaking...How hard is it to change a break line? Need any special tools? Break fluid jug is bone dry!

Just judging the way you're talking, you need to have a professional handle this. You don't have the experience to work on something as important as brakes. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ We offer help in answering questions, clarifying things or giving advice but we are not a substitute for an on-site inspection by a professional.

Get you practice on something that won't kill someone if you do it wrong.
