99 toyota corolla

PLEASE HELP! My 99 toyota corolla is making loud vibrating sounds when i drive (at any speed) Weve replaced both cv axles, brake pads, rotors, and bought 4 brand new tires, the problem isn't getting any better. today were replacing the wheel bearings. We think it must be the struts but since that is more expensive and we will probably have to get a mechanic to do it were waiting to do that last. Does anyone have any suggestions please???

Seems like you are taking an expensive "shotgun" approach to this problem. Does this noise change with speed or gear? Change with engine RPM, accellerating, cornering, braking, when no load like coasting etc?? You should be able to pin it down better. FYI - struts on a smooth road wouldn't cause much for noise,
