I have a 99 nissan sentra 1.6. While driving the dash lights and speedo started acting crazy, lost power then car stopped. When trying to start battery was dead. I switched battery out from other car worked fine for a day, then the same thing. Changed the alternator, after a day the same thing. Any suggestions

If it's not charging as battery get low it will act crazy and quit. Need to test at least voltage output next time you get it running. Charge battery with a charger - don't count on the car alone especially when they are real low,
