Since it sounds like it is temperature related, my guess would be electrical, but can't assume anything. Could also be an overfueling issue. Cold engines require a lot of fuel. Warm engines can't handle that much fuel if the PCM is still 'demanding' a rich condition, such as a faulty coolant temp sensor. Being a '99, you can get live data with a scanner to see what the PCM is 'seeing' at the time of the fault. Until that point, you cannot make an educated decision. If md means that you are in the health field, you should know what I mean. If md is for Maryland, well, it's anybody's guess.
