99 Honda Accord, Changed Battery radio does not work

I just replaced the battery on a '99 Honda Accord. Everything seemed to be fine but now the radio/cd player will not work and the alarm/theft system seems to be acting up. Does anybody have any idea what the problem might be? Does something need to be reset after the battery is replaced?

there is an anti theft code that should have come with your vehicle that you have to program back in i had a 98 and thats how i know
