When I returned and started car, it began revving within 20 seconds of starting vehicle. It quickly jumps between 1,500 rpms & 2000 rmps. I almost sounds as if I keep tapping the gas pedal repeatedly while in park. Any ideas? If the coolant level is too low, can cause a surge at idle. (The CTS must be in contact with the coolant to get a proper reading).
