When i am driving my rpm go to 0 and my traction Control off light turns on and the car is driving just fine.

your really not giving us much info to work on here, but ill take a stab at it. for your trac light to illuminate more then likely one of the speed sensors are bad. and since your tach isnt working, there must be a speed sensor on the trans also
