97 yukon 5.7l code P1351 with spark.

97 yukon vortec 5.7l 160k mI. I have been geting a p1351 code. Bad icm replaced that and damaged plugs, plug wires, rotor, disturbeter cap, coil, icm, and crankshaft position sensor. I'm geting spark now but still geting that code p1351. My truck starts and dies right away and don't start agen for awhile. Waiting in parts I changed my bad water pump.and fuel filter. My battery light won't turn off and my check gages light mainly stays on when cranking. I have steady 60psi of fuel.

Before anything else is the charging system and battery up to par and working within specs? If this is displaying a battery icon that suggests improper or out of spec voltage from battery and charging system. All bets off of much of anything except your water pump job if voltage is wrong either too high or low any assorted electrical anything either will not work or be harmed or ruined instantly so that must be correct first,
