97 eclipse squeaking steering	Sign In

i have an 97 eclipse rs that is squeaking when i turn my steering wheel to the left. i have replaced the upper ball joint, one of the lower ball joints, struts, tire rod, bushing, and it is still squeaking. i have taken it to several mechanic shops and no one has any idea what is causing this noise. so if anyone has had this problem or may know what the problem is that causing the squeaking i be very greatful for the help.

tiff; Can you make it do this noise while the vehicle is not moving? The strut bearings (the plate the attaches the struts to the body) can wear and cause a squeak. Just a thought.

thanks ill give that a try and see if that will work. right now at the moment ill try anything to get raid of the squeaking.
