Has about 100,000 miles. It is running rough setting p0301 and p0420 codes. p0310 is cyl 1 misfire and po420 is catalyst efficiency threashold bank 1. I checked spark coming from the coils, that seemed ok. Pulled the number 1 plug and it was slightly fouled. Do not know what the po420 code means. Any ideas? Please help she really needs this car. It has to meet a lot of different criteria in order to set that code so it's hard for it to be anything else. On the misfires, the common problem on these is the white plastic coil housing. (I removed the cover and turned it over.) Should I still replace the coil assembly. Sorry but i do not know what a bad cat on bank 1 is. Thanks for your help. The bank number isn't important because you only have one.
