97 Toyota Camry Muffler Scrapes - Is this a known problem?

(1) 97 Toyota Camry Muffler scrapes often while pulling out of the driveway or speed bumps, no matter how careful I’m.
Is this a known problem?
(2) Yesterday it did scrape real too much than usual while getting into a driveway of an apartment.
Subsequently on starting the engine, the sound was slightly different. Could it be due to a possible damage to the muffler?
Any inputs on the above the way to diagnose further or repair (cost) would be helpful.

It has 2 rubber (do-nut) hangers at the back that may be broken. You'll have to check them.
