It has lost a lot of pick up when accelerating as well. Has been happening of and on for a few weeks now, with it really getting worse today. Wondering if this is the tranny? My boyfriend knows car repair, and can give it a shot at fixing almost any problem, just need the help diagnosing. I am thinking this may have something to do with torque converter locking up too early and or "chattering" at that certain speed trying to make up its mind to lock (overdrive) or not??
