Im thinking about buying this 1997 Ford F150 4.6 XLT ex cab but the truck has a miss to it. and I don't wanna buy it if its going to be a major problem to fix but when you first crank the truck up thats when the miss starts and you can feel it in the truck like the entire truck is vibrating. Would could this be.

Depending on how many miles are on it, it probably needs a set of plugs and wires. This engine has very long wires and they build up too much resistance easily. Coils fail occasionally also. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ We offer help in answering questions, clarifying things or giving advice but we are not a substitute for an on-site inspection by a professional.
