I checked the fuel pressure release and there was very little pressure. I couldn't hear the fuel pump starting when turned key on so replaced fuel pump and fuel filter. Still wouldn't start and there is absolutely no pressure at the at the pressure check valve. I checked and the fuel pump is pumping fuel out of the tank. Thoughts? How did you check that?
