The van wouldn't start. I checked the fuel pressure release and there was very little pressure. I couldn't hear the fuel pump starting when turned key on so replaced fuel pump and fuel filter. Still wouldn't start and there is absolutely no pressure at the at the pressure check valve. I checked and the fuel pump is pumping fuel out of the tank. Thoughts?

You're going to have to troubleshoot the circuit that operates the pump while monitoring it with a fuel pressure gauge. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ We offer help in answering questions, clarifying things or giving advice but we are not a substitute for an on-site inspection by a professional.

You don't hear the fuel pump, but it is pumping fuel out of the tank? How did you check that? Since we volunteer our time and knowledge, we ask for you to please follow up when a problem is resolved.

FYI: If the engine will not start the fuel pump does NOT run continuously only for @2minutes- The fact the PSI is LOW trouble shoot the fuel pump CIRCUIT from the ASD to fuwl pump relay - Is the CEL ON - what are the codes? PS if you have a remote starter that is FIRST suspect
